develop a plan for funding their training/college tuition. Comprehensive
information is provided on the most frequently used funding sources
for people who are: laid off and receiving unemployment insurance,
working parents, unemployed or underemployed, city and county jobs
initiatives, federal financial aid, scholarships, etc.
