       Career Exploration Planning

The process of identifying a career that is a good fit does not come easily for most people. For many it is necessary to revisit the career exploration process several times during our working lives.

Career Development Services has a number of resources that may be helpful.

Vocational Testing On-line
Vocational tests do not provide answers, however, they may be an excellent way to open the conversation of which direction to pursue. They may also reconfirm what you know to be true about yourself.

For a fee of $30 each for students and $100 for non-students, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory can be taken on-line. The fee includes one hour of career counseling/interpretation for each test. Call (206) 764-5304 for more information. After speaking with a career counselor, click on the link below for directions on taking these tests on-line.
